I ve used it for laser like woodburning and as a plo. This weekend i tried using aspire to generate tool paths for cutting vinyl with a blade that i ve attached to my router head. Finally there s a 1 acrylic cover that is epoxied to the mdf. The toolpath was made by tracing the image that was created u.

Utilizing the cnc for cutting custom vinyl decals. Then 6 of mdf cut by a cnc router as shown. This shows how i make vinyl stickers from start to finish on my cnc router. I am still having a few issues to find the correct weight to put on the blade but have written a filter to inject cutter offset compensation into the toolpath.
