Finally got my new inspiron 15 7000 7590.

I would understand if it was when the cpu was heated but this is literally on start up. The fan seems to be on all the time and it is pretty loud compared to what i m used to. Anyone know how to fix a charging port my inspiron 15 3000 won t charge because it fell.
